A website that was right three years ago is usually wrong now — slower than visitors tolerate, invisible to search, and held together by a plugin nobody dares update.
Our IT team builds and rebuilds those sites, and we do it in house. That is a deliberate difference from agencies that sell the project and subcontract the build: the person who architects your database is the person you can reach when something breaks at 2am, and he is named in the contract as the on-call contact.
The work spans the full stack of what a small or mid-sized business actually needs. Design and development, redesign and migration off an aging platform, search visibility, database design and administration, custom web applications and internal portals, and the integrations that make a site transact — ordering, booking, payments.
We also build for ourselves, which is the most honest portfolio we can offer. GIYA Ledger and the GIYA Portal e-signature and agreement management system are both our own intellectual property, designed and built by the same team that would build yours. You can see both running on our portfolio page.
Scoped to what your operation actually needs — you are not paying for a bundle you will never use.
Fast, responsive sites built from scratch to fit how your business actually sells, rather than bent out of a template that nearly fits.
An aging site rebuilt or moved without losing the search equity you have already earned — redirects mapped, URLs preserved, nothing orphaned.
The technical and on-page work that makes a site eligible to rank, plus the structure that lets you target more than one phrase.
Schemas designed properly the first time, with access control, migrations and backups treated as part of the build rather than an afterthought.
Internal tools and customer-facing applications for the work a spreadsheet has outgrown — built on your rules, not a product’s assumptions.
The integrations that turn a site into an operating system for the business, including the awkward reconciliation afterwards.
Tracking set up so you can tell what actually worked, and campaigns built on top of numbers rather than impressions.
Deployment, uptime and the unglamorous maintenance that decides whether a site still works a year after launch.
Businesses on a site that is slow, hard to edit, or built on a platform nobody supports any more.
Companies with a decent site that nobody finds, usually because it was never structured to be found.
Operations running on shared sheets that need real access control, history and reporting.
Businesses that need ordering, booking or payments working properly rather than almost working.
Our six-step method does not change between services. What changes is what each step looks at.
We audit what you have — performance, structure, search visibility and where the current site actively costs you enquiries.
Scope, sitemap, data model and integration points written down and agreed before any code is written.
Where the friction is: load time, mobile layout, unclear conversion path, missing structured data, unindexed pages.
Build or rebuild, with redirects mapped so existing rankings survive the move and the fast path is the correct one.
Uptime monitoring, analytics review and search performance tracking after launch, not just on handover day.
Security patching, access control, backups and a documented handover so you are never locked to one supplier.
Every engagement leaves behind documentation your team keeps — whether or not you continue with us.
We choose the stack to fit the project rather than defaulting to one platform. Our own work and recent client builds run on a static or lightweight front end deployed to Netlify, with Supabase and PostgreSQL behind anything that needs accounts, data or transactions, plus edge functions for webhooks and integrations.
That combination is fast, cheap to host and does not leave you paying a platform tax forever. Where a client genuinely needs WordPress or Shopify, we will say so.
A straightforward brochure site is usually a matter of weeks; anything with accounts, payments or custom logic takes longer. The honest answer depends on how quickly content and approvals come back from you, which is often the real critical path.
We give a scoped timeline after assessment rather than a number on a first call.
Yes. Source code, database and hosting accounts are yours, and the handover is documented so another developer could take over without reverse-engineering anything.
The exception is our own products — GIYA Ledger and the GIYA Portal e-signature system are GIYA Global intellectual property and are not resold as client code.
Usually yes. We start with an audit of what exists — stack, hosting, database, how much is documented — and tell you honestly whether it is better to inherit or rebuild.
Sometimes inheriting a poorly built site costs more over a year than replacing it, and we would rather say that at the start than discover it three months in.
The technical foundation is a one-off: site structure, page-level targeting, structured data, sitemaps, canonicals, Search Console. That work makes you eligible to rank and it stays done.
Ranking itself is ongoing, because it depends on content depth and links accumulating over time. We are clear about that split rather than selling technical SEO as if it guarantees position one.
Less than most people expect. The stacks we build on have genuinely usable free tiers for small sites, and a typical small-business site with a database runs at a modest monthly cost that you pay directly to the provider rather than through us.
You hold the accounts. That means you are never in a position where leaving us means losing your site.
Yes, and it is some of our strongest work. Both systems GIYA Global owns are internal platforms: a finance and operations system handling invoicing, expenses, suppliers and reporting with role-based access, and a cloud e-signature and intelligent agreement management system that routes agreements for countersignature with a full audit trail.
Both are shown with working demos on our portfolio page.
Our IT Operations Lead, Ivan Ocampo, architects and builds it, and he is named in client contracts as the on-call contact for urgent website issues. His build log is on his portfolio page.
Nothing is subcontracted to a third party you have never spoken to.
Tell us what's slipping — a medical program, a back office, a content calendar or a support queue — and we'll show you how GIYA Global would hold it together.
Tell us who you are and when suits you. We'll confirm by email within one business day.
Thank you — we've received your request and will confirm the slot by email within one business day.
