Ivan is GIYA Global’s co-principal, holding both the finance function and the technology function. As CFO he owns the firm’s books, funds monitoring and financial recording; as IT Operations Lead he runs the engineering team and is the on-call contact named in client contracts for urgent website issues.
Every system on this page is his build. He is also the technical lead on client web projects — architecture, database design, integrations and the ongoing maintenance after launch.

Our in-house finance and operations system, built and owned by GIYA Global. It runs the books end to end — client invoicing in USD against records kept in Philippine pesos, expenses, suppliers, payroll-style records and reporting — with role-based access for our own staff and shareable statements for clients. Built on Netlify and Supabase with transactional email through Brevo.
A cloud-based electronic signature and intelligent agreement management (IAM) layer inside the GIYA Portal. Agreements are drafted from templates, routed for countersignature — GIYA signs first through a dedicated signer account, then the client — and tracked through every state from draft to executed, with an audit trail, email notifications and secure share links for each party. Also owned outright by GIYA Global.
