Leadership

The people behind GIYA Global.

Two principals, both hands-on. Every engagement is scoped, documented and quality-checked by the people whose names are on the firm.

Andonberth “Don” Canillo
Founder & Chief Executive — Operations, Executive Support & Compliance

Don founded GIYA Global after eleven years in business process outsourcing, built from the floor up — frontline support, then dispatch and transaction coordination, then risk and compliance, then account and operations leadership. Every one of those years was spent on U.S. client accounts.

Having worked each layer of an operation, he reads a broken process the way the people inside it experience it — which is rarely the way the manual describes it.

  • Scopes and quality-checks every client engagement
  • Owns client acquisition, onboarding and liaison
  • Designs the SOPs and compliance frameworks
  • Signs client agreements for GIYA Global

CFO & IT Operations Lead
Ray Ivander “Ivan” Ocampo
Chief Finance Officer & IT Operations Lead

Ivan holds both the finance and technology functions at GIYA Global. As CFO he owns the firm’s books, funds monitoring and financial recording. As IT Operations Lead he runs the engineering team, architects our platforms, and is the on-call contact named in client contracts for urgent website issues.

Both of the systems GIYA Global owns — GIYA Ledger and the GIYA Portal e-signature and agreement management platform — are his builds.

  • Leads client web development, redesign and migration
  • Designs and administers Supabase & Postgres databases
  • Owns deployment, hosting and uptime
  • Builds payment, booking and ordering integrations
  • Runs the firm’s books and financial reporting
Founder background

What sits behind every engagement.

Eleven years on U.S. accounts, in the roles where getting it wrong had consequences.

70

Operations at scale

A medical virtual assistant program administered day to day — rosters, coverage across two time zones, corrective action and audit-ready personnel records.

4

Compliance by design

Four years in a dedicated risk and compliance role: pre-closure file audits and FMEA preventive controls that moved error detection upstream of the client.

6

Breadth of exposure

Six lines of business run across a concurrent portfolio of outsourced U.S. accounts — different industries, systems and SOPs, one operating standard.

11+

Years on U.S. accounts

Frontline support through to account and operations management, the whole time working to U.S. business hours and client expectations.
